1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards
• Customized or personalized products

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of whether your return is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect—in which case we will cover the return shipping.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

7. Processing and Shipping Times

All returns are processed within 1-3 business days after receipt.

Shipping time for orders is typically 7-12 business days.
